Frequently Asked Questions
SELECTING YOUR NEOTap
Neotap Multi delivers your everyday hot and cold water, plus instant boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered water. It eliminates the need for a separate filtered water tap, keeping your benchtop clean and uncluttered.
Neotap Touch is a dedicated drinking water tap that dispenses three options of water, from:
- Boiling filtered water
- Chilled filtered water
- Sparkling filtered water
Ambient filtered water
Neotap Touch can be installed alongside your existing mixer tap, without replacing your current tapware, or, at your scullery or bar area.
When you choose Enhanced Boiling Capacity, your Neotap gets a powerful upgrade: an external 2.4L boiler that delivers 7–8 cups of boiling water in a single dispense, compared to 4 cups from the Standard Neotap.
If you're after greater capacity, whether for a large household or commercial setting - the Enhanced Boiler gives you that extra performance.
If you are still unsure what setting to choose, get in touch with our team for free, tailored advice.
