Warranty Registration

Your Neotap system is backed by a 5-year manufacturer's back-to-base warranty from the original date of purchase, including:

• 2 years comprehensive parts and labour.
• 5 years on the boiling tank.

To maintain warranty coverage, all Neotap products must be installed and serviced by a qualified tradesperson in accordance with the installation instructions. Damage or faults resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or operation outside the product guidelines are not covered under warranty.
