Hygiene Service $129 + GST

We recommend a hygiene service every six months to help maintain optimal performance and reliability.

Your hygiene service includes:

• Cleaning of the tap and underbench command centre
• Inspection of all water functions and controls
• Verification of CO₂ pressure (sparkling models)
• Water pressure assessment
• Inspection of fittings and connections for leaks
• General system performance check
• Recommendations for any maintenance requirements
• Electrical tag testing where applicable

If you'd like a reminder when your next service is due, simply let our team know and we'll add you to our scheduled service reminder programme.

Breakdown & Repairs $155 + GST

If your Neotap system requires attention, our technicians are here to help.

This service includes:

• Technician callout
• Travel to site
• Fault diagnosis and repair
• Up to one hour of labour

If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, the system may be returned to our workshop for further assessment and repair.

Additional labour is charged at $120 + GST per hour after the first hour.

2.2L CO₂ Cylinder $135 + GST

Replacement cylinder for sparkling water models.

7.5L CO₂ Cylinder Swap $135 + GST
